- data you provide in the application: age, name, country/city, answers about working conditions;
- test results (English, typing speed);
- your Telegram ID and username so we can contact you;
- technical data: referral source and anonymized visit statistics (see section 4).

- to evaluate candidates and contact them after screening;
- to analyze the performance of the website and advertising channels;
- we do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except as required by applicable law.
3. Storage and protection
Data is stored in a secure database with restricted access. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and web-analytics services to understand how visitors use the page and to improve it. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation). These services collect anonymized visit data: pages viewed, device type, approximate region and interactions with the page.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies load only after you consent via the banner. You can decline them or change your decision by clearing the site's cookies in your browser settings.
